COVID-19: How is it currently affecting conducting research?

During COVID we have seen a large move to virtual methods, away from Face To Face. Although in many countries FTF is now allowed when appropriate, the rise of the Omnicrom variant is causing concern and we would advise any FTF research to have a back-up virtual plan.

Virtual / telephone research is continuing as usual although we are starting to see higher drop-out levels as Omnicrom spreads.
