This year KeyQuest celebrates our 10th year. Over the past decade we have been very proud of our low staff attrition rates. This has enabled us to provide a consistency of approach, valuable knowledge and extensive experience which continues to benefit our clients time and time again.
Establishment
Established in October 2007 by ex-Directors of Synovate’s (now Ipsos) fieldwork arm in London, UK
Foundation
Founded on a firm belief that there was a market for truly collaborative qualitative fieldwork suppliers, run by those with extensive fieldwork experience and able to utilise the best local resources on a global basis
First Year
Established asKOL in our first year – a pool of Global Opinion Leaders and Payers in over 100 therapy areas ranging from Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms (AAA) to Venus Thromboembolism. To date asKOL has supported 217 Studies involving KOLs and 108 Studies involving Payers. asKOL is renowned for recruiting English speakers
Team Expands
In 2008 our team expanded and the KeyQuest Health office moves to Virginia Woolf’s former home in Richmond, London. For historical buffs, this is where the Hogarth Press was established.
Core Team
By 2013 we had grown to a core team of 14, supported by an international fieldwork resource base of recruiters, moderators and analysts in over 45 countries
New U.S. Office
In Autumn 2014 we launched our US office in New Jersey
Stand-Alone analysis service
In 2015 we launched a stand-alone Analysis Service to further support our clients
Therapy Areas
Since 2007, we have conducted research into 266 therapy areas. A large proportion of our work has been with orphan diseases
KeyQuest Health HQ moves
In January 2016 the UK HQ moved into new spacious offices at The Printworks in Richmond
KQH Incorporated in the USA
In March 2016 KQH Inc was launched, to reflect our growing USA business
