Career Summary

Ruby holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of East London.

She has worked within qualitative healthcare fieldwork specifically since 1998. Starting as a projects co-ordinator within Fieldwork International (then promoted to leading a team of project managers within a year), Ruby went on to hold the position of Field Director, on the FI / Isis Research / Synovate Healthcare board of Directors, for several years.

In 2007, together with 2 other industry colleagues, Ruby co-founded KeyQuest Health.

Ruby’s experience spans a wide range of therapy areas, including Alzheimer’s, BPH, Breast Cancer, Cystic Fibrosis, Haemophilia, HIV, and OAB, pain management, Parkinson’s disease and renal transplantation.

Ruby’s interests

Building on Ruby’s academic background in the field of Psychology, she is currently completing her NLP practitioner certification. She also enjoys books and literature and is especially re-discovering the joys of reading animated children’s books with her young daughter!
