KeyQuest Health Employee Spotlight March 2021: Bryan Capell

The KeyQuest Health Employee Spotlight is an ongoing series where we give you the opportunity to better get to know the incredible individuals that make-up KeyQuest Health. Each month we’ll highlight one team member with a fun, informative peek into their unique personality.

What is your role at KeyQuest Health?

Project Director

What do you think makes KeyQuest Health a great place to work?

KQH is a company free of egos and agendas, made up of people that want to see each other thrive as independent successes contribute to the common goals of the company. It offers the knowledge, resources and experiences of a large, international organization, while also providing the respect, trust and support of a local, small business. While we may be spread across multiple countries, we still make the effort to connect weekly to discuss our successes, our struggles and everything in-between.

What’s one fun fact about you that people may not know?

For the past 5 years, I’ve joined members of the Pittsburgh Polar Bear Club in jumping into the Monongahela River on New Year’s Day. It provides an invigorating kick-off to the New Year, while also benefitting local charities.

Share one thing from your bucket list that you are looking forward to accomplishing?

Something that I have really wanted to do, but have continually put off, is to go skydiving. I think it is time that I stop making excuses and make the jump. Editor’s Note: Pun may or may not be intended.

If you could describe yourself in 3 words, what would they be?

Reliable, Adaptable and Honest.

What is one thing that you cannot live without?

Well, technically water, but I would also find life pretty boring and less interesting if I didn’t get to share it with my wife. Ice cream’s pretty great too.

What’s your favorite quote?

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. – Hunter S. Thompson

What is your dream destination that you would like to visit?

Growing up not far from the Jersey shore, I’ve been a beach kid my whole life; I would love to visit an exotic beach location like Bora Bora.

What one thing can instantly make your day better?

Sitting on my porch with a cold beer, my wife and our dog. Add a cool summer evening and some friends to the mix and that can make an entire week instantly better.

If you weren’t in market research, what would your ideal career be?

Thanks to a lifelong obsession with movies, I would be a screenwriter and story developer for film and television.
