The KeyQuest Health Employee Spotlight is an ongoing series where we give you the opportunity to better get to know the incredible individuals that make-up KeyQuest Health. Each month we’ll highlight one team member with a fun, informative peek into their unique personality.
What is your role at KeyQuest Health?
What do you think makes KeyQuest Health a great place to work?
The team – I joined KeyQuest Health as a recent university graduate without any prior experience in market research and each member of the team has helped to train and guide me from the very beginning. They have worked to ensure that the office is a supportive and encouraging environment; it has been the perfect place to build and develop my skills.
When you are not at work, what are some of your favorite things to do?
I like to try out new activities, so my hobbies can change quite frequently. I have recently taken to rock climbing and upcycling old pieces of furniture. I love anything that is active or creative, or a combination of the two!
If you could describe yourself in 3 words, what would they be?
Bubbly, adventurous and unique.
What song or musician can always be found on your playlist?
I have quite a varied taste in music; it often depends on how I feel on the day. For example, one day I will want to listen exclusively to Adel, but the next day it could be ACDC. Saying this, whatever the day, whatever the time, ABBA will always be one of my favorites.
What’s your favorite quote?
What is it you want, Mary? What do you want? You want the moon? Just say the word and I’ll throw a lasso around it and pull it down. Hey. That’s a pretty good idea. I’ll give you the moon, Mary. – It’s a Wonderful Life, 1946
What is your dream destination that you would like to visit?
Bora Bora. To be specific, I would want to stay in one of the famous rooms with a glass floor, looking at the ocean below (this of course would be all inclusive, possibly with a hot tub… a girl can only dream!).
What’s one thing can instantly make your day better?
Spending time with my family – they always know what to do and say to make any day a great one, no matter how it started off.
Would you rather live without cheese or eggs?
This is a difficult question. My love affair with cheese runs deep, but eggs are a key ingredient in so many dishes… I’m going to have to save the eggs. At least that way, I can comfort myself with a bowl of fresh pasta and a piece of cake once the cheese has been taken away.
If you weren’t in market research, what would your ideal career be?
I love the theatre and have a degree in the subject, so possibly a producer or stage manager. However doing something a bit different like becoming a waterslide tester or a professional cake taster would also be on the cards.
